Who sent me the Card?

Usually our customers will add their names to their orders however if this has been omitted then please do contact us.

At Haati we take Data Protection very seriously so will be unable to divulge customer account information without their direct permission, however we can contact them and ask them to make themselves known to you.

If you feel the content of the card is offensive then please report it to the Police who will contact us directly to resolve this for you.

I have received someone else’s order

We are very sorry to hear that the order you have received is not the one you have ordered.

A percentage of our Haati cards are packed and sorted by hand and unfortunately, on very rare occasions, packing is subject to human error.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can resolve this for you.

Where’s my order?

Due to an increase in orders, delivery of a card order can take up to 1-3 days longer than expected.

1. Check the Dispatch Date & Postal Method on your confirmation email.

2. Reference below to see when your order is due to arrive.

3. If your order has not arrived in the below time-frames.
